Within the framework of its outreach and technical transfer strategy toward educational institutions, the company delivered an operational briefing on the functioning of the logistics hub, showcasing the customs dynamism, the impact of the Bioceanic Corridor, and the cutting-edge infrastructure that support the attraction of global investments.
We executed an institutional outreach initiative oriented toward the educational sector. On this occasion, the company’s technical team gave a specialized presentation to 4th-year students from the Escuela Industrial de Jujuy, focused on explaining the operational architecture and trade flow of the Perico Industrial Park and Free Trade Zone (ZFP).
During the meeting, the business variables that shape the day-to-day operations of the Free Trade Zone were detailed, emphasizing the function of differential tariffs and the strategic customs benefits that companies receive when establishing operations on the premises. The overview of these foreign trade regulations served to illustrate how the legal and fiscal framework of the ZFP currently operates as a driver of regional competitiveness, offering operational predictability for the attraction of international capital.
The technical agenda of the briefing included a strategic analysis of the Bioceanic Corridor, highlighting the geographical location of Perico as a critical multimodal node for international cargo transport. Through regional mapping, the logistical viability offered by the site to efficiently connect trade flows between the ports of the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans was demonstrated.
